In any  approved layout including Anna Nagar TNHB  layout, MSB cannot be allowed.   Any MSB in approved layout will adversely affect the interests of the  individual plot owners .  Because of these reasons, it is specifically provided in the DCR itself that MSB’s are not allowable in Approved layouts.
