Patta with FMB sketch/PLR extract in favour of the present owner (s) for the site shall be furnished.

The site shall abut on a Public Road maintained by the local body concerned or Highways Department. Further, it shall have the width satisfying DCR requirements.

The proposed development shall satisfy all the requirements of DCR.

Self assessed scrutiny fee shall be paid along with the applications.

Proposed site should not lie in Coastal Regulation Zone, Aquifer Recharge Area or in Pallikaranai and Velachery villages.

The use zone for the site should be, Primary Residential / Mixed Residential or Commercial.
- In addition to the forms, documents, plans prescribed for normal Planning Permission Application, the following shall accompany the application:-
- Undertaking on a stamp paper of Rs.20/- from the applicant (duly notarized) stating that:-
- he/she is the owner or has absolute right over the site to the dimensions shown in the plan.
- he/she has read and understood the certificate of the Architect/Engineer who has been associated in Planning and design and supervision of his proposed development.
- He/she is fully aware that in the event of finding by the CMDA that Planning Permission had been obtained by him/ her on mis-representation of facts, the planning permission issued could be cancelled, any developments made by him would become unauthorized one and liable for penal actions against it including demolition; further Security Deposit if any paid by him/her would be forfeited.
