GREEN CHANNEL(contd...)

  1. Architect’s or Engineer’s (who shall also be a Licensed Surveyor of the concerned local body) Certificate certifying the following:

    1. Existing road width and its status (after getting it clarified from the Local Body concerned if necessary) along with a sketch indicating the existing road width measured from two junctions.  (Here, the existing road width means, minimum Road width of the road between two properties measured from the two junctions, actually existing at site).
    2. Conformity of the abutting road width and its status (i.e. public or private) to the requirements prescribed in DCR.
    3. Availability of site dimensions shown in the plan at site.
    4. Conformity of the proposed development to DCR.
    5. He is fully aware that in the event of finding by CMDA that the certificates issued by him/her that are contrary to facts; action would be taken against him/her including cancellation of his/her license to practice as Architect/Licensed Surveyor.

4. If found later that the Planning Permission had been obtained on mis-representation of facts, then the permit would be cancelled, the development made would become unauthorised one and enforcement action would be taken against it and security deposit forfeited.

5. Decision on these Green Channel applications would be communicated within the time frame of maximum 15 days (working days).
