I am fully aware that in the event of finding by the CMDA that planning permission has been obtained by me on misrepresentation of facts, the planning permission issued would be cancelled and any development made by me would become unauthorized one and liable for penal action against it including demolition for which I will not claim any compensation. Further, Security Deposit if any paid by me would be forfeited.
