General Details for Allotment:-
Among the sealed tender bidders open Auction
will be held.
The highest rate either among the sealed
tenders or open Auction will be the final rate.
The applicant should submit the application
by two cover system, one cover containing the EMD and another
cover with application and other details.
Last Date of Issue of Application :- 4.00 P.M
on 11.02.2008.
Last Date of Receipt of Sealed Tenders :- 12
Noon of 12.02.2008.
Date of Opening of Sealed Tenders :- 2.P.M.
of 12.02.2008.
If the date of receipt/opening of tender
happens to be a public holiday, tenders will be received and
opened on the next working day.
CMDA reserves the right to reject any or all
the tenders or drop the proposal without assigning any reason
thereof.
The application forms with details
can be obtained from the office of the Superintending Engineer,
Circle-II, Construction Wing, Tower-II, 9 th
floor, No.1, Gandhi Irwin Road, CMDA, Egmore, Chennai – 600 008
from 28.01.08 to 11.02.2008 during office hours between 11.00 AM
and 4.00 PM on payment of Rs.5500/- for category C and
Rs.1000/-for shops category under A & B by Demand Draft or Pay
Order drawn in favour of “Member Secretary, CMDA, Chennai–8”. The
Superintending Engineer/ Estate Officer will receive the sealed
tenders, open the tender and conduct open auction on the same day
among the tenderers who are present at that intimated time, at his
site office at Chennai Mofussul Bus Terminus, Koyambedu.
